What is used to colour the elements?
I understand your concern about the materials used in my products. Playful Palettes uses non-toxic, food-grade dyes and paints to colour our textile kit elements. Your child's safety is always our priority!
What happens if I want to return something?
I take great pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted textile products. Due to the nature of my items, which are considered “food” products and made with non-toxic, food-grade dyes and paints we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact myself within 10 days of receiving your order, and I will be happy to assist in resolving the issue. Customer satisfaction is important to me, and I am always here to help!

What is the weight of each bag?
Each product bag contains 4 cups, depending on the density of the elements used the weight of the product bags will be different.
My colours look different to the images on?
Although every care is taken, the textile kits are created in small batches, this can result in some colour variation.
Can you I purchase just one element?
Have a look at the Top Up page, here you will find elements individually packaged by type and colour allowing you to top up on elements as required.
Shipping in New Zealand?
Currently Playful Palettes is only available in Timaru, however I am looking into New Zealand wide shipping. Keep an eye on our socials for updates.
I want every customer to remember that while my textile kits are designed to be safe and fun, adult supervision is always required. Let your child's imagination soar, but always ensure they are playing in a supervised environment.
